ARTICLE 3: JUDICIAL PROCEDURE FOR GRANTING CUSTODIAL RESPONSIBILITY DURING DEPLOYMENT

If a motion to grant custodial responsibility is filed under § 39A302 (b) before a deploying parent deploys, the court shall conduct an expedited hearing.
