  4. ARTICLE 1: COURT -REFERRED ARBITRATION AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Article shall apply to any civil action otherwise within the scope of this Chapter 42B in which a party to the action is a public agency or public entity but shall not waiver the limits on liability of a public agency or public entity otherwise provided by law.
