7 GCA § 50214: Funds for Distribution.

ARTICLE 5: ASSIGNEES

The court may at any time, upon the motion of any two or more creditors, require the assignee to file his accounts in the manner and upon giving the notice specified in the preceding section, and if he has funds subject to distribution he may be required to distribute them without delay.
