8 GCA § 120.22: Judgment of Criminal Forfeiture: Attorney General to Seize Property or Money.

Where a verdict (or findings) contains a finding of property subject to a criminal forfeiture, the judgment of criminal forfeiture shall authorize the Attorney General to seize the interest or property subject to forfeiture, fixing such terms and conditions as the court shall deem proper.
