8 GCA § 20.80: Redaction of Information on the Online Warrant Repository/Registry.

At the request of the Attorney General of Guam, the Guam Police Department, or federal and international investigative and law enforcement agencies, the Judiciary shall omit the inclusion of a fugitive if the investigatory/law enforcement agency determines that the inclusion of such fugitive may harm the investigation.
