9 GCA § 94101: Membership.

MAULEG shall be comprised of the following:

(a) Chairperson, Chief of Police, Guam Police Department;

(b) Co-Chairpersons:

(1) Executive Director, POST Commission;

(2) Executive Director, Fusion Center;

(c) Member, Director, Guam Customs and Quarantine Agency;

(d) Member, Chief of Airport Police, A.B. Won Pat International Airport Authority;

(e) Member, Port Police Chief, Port Authority of Guam;

(f) Member, Superintendent, Parks and Recreation Park Patrol Division; and

(g) Member, Chief, Department of Agriculture, Division of Aquatic and Wildlife Resource.
