9 GCA § 94104: Oversight and Coordination.

Chapter 94: Multi-Agency Unified Law Enforcement Group

(a) The Chairperson, in consultation with both Co-Chairpersons and members of the participating agencies, shall oversee the preparedness, planning, and provisions of the task force.

(b) The task force shall operate in accordance with the authority vested in I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan, as outlined in §1422 of the Organic Act of Guam.
