9 GCA § 94111: Confidentiality of Records.

Names, photographs, records and police reports compiled under this Chapter are confidential and exempt from public inspection except:
(a) as ordered by a court;
(b) as required or provided under the “Freedom of Information Act” or the “Sunshine Act”; or
(c) as required or provided for under federal law.
