Haw. Rev. Stat. § 157-27: Reports of licensees.

Each licensee shall as required by rule or order of the board of agriculture and biosecurity, file a verified report on forms prescribed by the board of matters on account of which a record is required to be kept, together with such other information or facts as may be pertinent and material within the scope of this chapter.
