Haw. Rev. Stat. § 302A-1149: Use of school facilities for after-school child care.

The department may enter into agreements and contracts with individuals, organizations, or agencies for the use of public school buildings, facilities, and grounds for the operation of after-school child care programs. The board shall issue such rules as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this section.
