Haw. Rev. Stat. § 323D-53: Periodic reports from health facilities.

Any health facility or business subject to regulation under this part shall, at the request of the state agency, supply such information to the state agency as is necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter, including but not limited to:

(1) Periodic reports from holders of certificates of need respecting the development of the proposals for which certificates have been issued,

(2) Master plans, feasibility studies, and other long-range plans and studies,

(3) Financial information, and

(4) Utilization information.
