Haw. Rev. Stat. § 340F-5: Association of certification authorities.

The board may, when taking action pursuant to sections 340F-2, 340F-3, and 340F-7, consider generally applicable criteria and guidelines developed by the association of boards of certification for operating personnel in water and wastewater utilities.
