Haw. Rev. Stat. § 412:1-108: Jurisdiction conferred upon circuit court.

For all matters requiring or permitting judicial action or remedy in this chapter, jurisdiction is conferred upon the circuit court of the judicial circuit in which the principal office in this State of the affected financial institution is located.
