Haw. Rev. Stat. § 412:3-506: Opening or relocating a support facility.

A Hawaii financial institution that opens or relocates a support facility shall within thirty days thereafter submit a letter to the commissioner containing the following information:

(1) The location of the support facility;

(2) A description of the type of functions which the support facility will perform; and

(3) The date or anticipated date of opening or relocation.
