Haw. Rev. Stat. § 431:9-228: Place of business.

(a) The place of business of every licensed adjuster and independent bill reviewer shall be the place where the licensee principally conducts transactions under the licensee's license.

(b) The licensee shall notify the commissioner of any change of business address within thirty days of the change.
