Haw. Rev. Stat. § 441-5: Securities law not applicable to sales of cemetery property.

No provision of law, ordinance, or government regulation relating to the registration and sale of securities shall apply to the sale by a cemetery authority of plots, crypts, or niches dedicated, described, and shown on a proper map or plat pursuant to this chapter.
