[ §560:2-123] No distinction based on marital status. Except as otherwise provided in sections 560:2-114, 560:2-125, 560:2-126, or 560:2-127, a parent-child relationship shall be deemed to exist between a child and the child's genetic parents, regardless of the parents' marital status.
