Haw. Rev. Stat. § 571-32.1: Contract and fee-for-service accommodations.

To provide for children under section 571-32, the family court may provide, on a contractual or on fee-for-service basis, accommodations in child caring institutions or foster boarding homes which meet the intent of section 346-17.
