Haw. Rev. Stat. § 805-9: Procedure against corporations; summons, issuance.

Upon an information or presentment against a corporation, the district judge shall issue a summons signed by the district judge, with the district judge's name of office, requiring the corporation to appear before the district judge at a specified time and place, to answer the charge.
