Haw. Rev. Stat. § 89-23: Classroom cleaning; exception.

No collective bargaining agreement or executive policy put forth after July1, 1993, shall contain provisions that may preclude the implementation of the classroom cleaning project established in section 302A-1507, unless a contract waiver process exists between the parties.
