Haw. Rev. Stat. § 9-22: State art museum; establishment.

The state art museum is established within the foundation. The operations of the state art museum shall be funded and supported by:

(1) Appropriations from the legislature;

(2) Federal grants and subsidies;

(3) Voluntary contributions; and

(4) Funds received pursuant to section 9-3(7).
