Chapter 135J - LICENSED HOSPICE PROGRAMS

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the department shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A necessary to implement this chapter. Formulation of the rules shall include consultation with Iowa hospice organization representatives and other persons affected by this chapter.
