Iowa Code § 152E.2: Compact administrator.

The director of the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing, or the director’s designee, shall serve as the compact administrator identified in article VII, paragraph “b”, of the nurse licensure compact contained in section 152E.1 and as the compact administrator identified in article VIII, paragraph “a”, of the advanced practice registered nurse compact contained in section 152E.3.
