Iowa Code § 154A.10: Issuance of licenses.

An applicant may obtain a license, if the applicant:
1. Successfully passes the qualifying examination prescribed in section 154A.12.
2. Is free of contagious or infectious disease.
3. Pays the necessary fees set by the department.
