Iowa Code § 201A.11: Fees and appropriation.

Fees collected under this chapter shall be deposited in the general fund of the state. Moneys deposited under this section to the general fund shall be used only by the department for the purpose of administering and enforcing the provisions of this chapter, including inspection, sampling, analysis, and the preparation and publishing of reports.
