Iowa Code § 221.2: Compact administrator.

The director of the department of health and human services shall designate a compact administrator. The compact administrator may cooperate with all departments, agencies, and officers of this state and its subdivisions in facilitating the proper administration of the compact and of any supplementary agreement entered into by this state under the compact.
