Iowa Code § 238.11: Written charges — findings — notice.

Written charges against the licensee shall be served upon the licensee at least ten days before a hearing on the charges and a written copy of the findings and decisions of the department following the hearing shall be served upon the licensee in the manner prescribed for the service of original notice in civil actions.
