Iowa Code § 266.28: Receipt of funds — work authorized.

The Iowa state board of regents is hereby authorized and empowered to receive the grants of money appropriated under the Smith-Lever Act; and to organize and conduct agricultural extension work which shall be carried on in connection with the Iowa state university of science and technology, in accordance with the terms and conditions expressed in that Act of Congress.
