Iowa Code § 327D.132: Violation — penalty.

Any common carrier operating in this state violating any of the provisions of sections 327D.127 through 327D.131 by neglecting or refusing to weigh cars or to furnish certificates of weights as provided in those sections shall, upon conviction, be subject to a schedule “one” penalty.
