Iowa Code § 327D.78: Change in rate.

Unless the department otherwise orders, no change shall be made by any common carrier in any rate, except after thirty days’ notice to the department and to the public as provided in this chapter. The department shall adopt rules to ensure public notice is provided in any action instituted under this section.
