Iowa Code § 349.10: New date fixed if all rejected.

If all certified statements are rejected under the provisions of section 349.9, the board shall fix a new date for the selection of official newspapers and nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent the applicants so rejected from filing new certified statements.
