No execution shall issue upon, nor shall any levy be made against, any property of the estate of a protected person under any judgment against the protected person or a conservator, but the provisions of this section shall not be so construed as to prevent the enforcement of a mortgage, pledge, or other lien upon property in an appropriate proceeding.
