Iowa Code § 7A.4: Annual reports — time covered and date of filing.

Reports of the following officials and departments shall cover the year ending December 31 of each year, and shall be filed as soon as practicable after said date:

1. Commissioner of insurance.

2. State geologist.

3. Fire marshal.

4. College student aid commission.

5. Superintendent of credit unions.
