Iowa Code § 80B.15: State media resource assistance.

1. The academy shall offer state media resource assistance to any law enforcement training center certified by the Iowa law enforcement academy council.

2. The director of the academy shall assess a fee for use of law enforcement media resources supplied or loaned by the academy. The fees shall be established by rules adopted pursuant to chapter 17A. The fees shall be considered as appropriated receipts, as defined in section 8.2.
