Iowa Code § 84H.8: Report of gifts.

A report of all gifts and donations offered and accepted, together with the name of each donor and the amount contributed by each donor, and all disbursements from the special fund for the vocational rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities shall be submitted biennially to the governor by the department of workforce development.
