Iowa Code § 904A.6: Salaries and expenses.

Each member of the board shall be paid a salary as set by the governor within a range established by section 8A.461. Each member of the board and all employees are entitled to receive, in addition to their salary, their necessary maintenance and travel expenses while engaged in official business.
