Idaho Code § 18-7107: criminal liability.

A government agent shall not be subject to prosecution under the provisions of section 18-7008, Idaho Code, if the agent enters private land:

(1) In good faith reliance on a valid search warrant or on exigent circumstances;

(2) Pursuant to lawful consent; or

(3) In accordance with the provisions of section 18-7105 or 18-7108, Idaho Code.
