Idaho Code § 18-7608: Severability.

If any provisions of this act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid as unconstitutional or ineffective for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the act, and to this end the provisions of this are severable.
