CHAPTER 87 NO PUBLIC FUNDS FOR ABORTION ACT

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as creating or recognizing a right to abortion. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as creating or recognizing a right to federal or state funds for abortion.
