Idaho Code § 19-6309: penalties.

Any person or company that knowingly fails to submit proceeds as required by this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty of up to three (3) times the amount withheld, plus attorney’s fees. The attorney general may bring a civil action to recover such penalties.
