Idaho Code § 20-704: Hearings.

The board of correction or such other agency or officer designated for such purpose by the governor, is hereby authorized and directed to hold such hearings within or without the state of Idaho as may be requested by any other party state pursuant to Article IV(f) of the Interstate Corrections Compact.
