TITLE 20 STATE PRISON AND COUNTY JAILS
CHAPTER 8 PRIVATE PRISON FACILITIES

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to contracts of the state of Idaho for the housing of inmates in a private prison facility or local government detention facility.
