Idaho Code § 22-1706: INDUSTRIAL HEMP administration FUND.

There is hereby established in the dedicated fund in the state treasury the industrial hemp administration fund to which will be credited the revenues derived from fees and civil penalties collected as authorized by this chapter and rules promulgated under this chapter, as well as section 67-2921, Idaho Code, and the rules promulgated under that section. Moneys in the fund must be used solely for carrying out the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of section 67-2921, Idaho Code.
