Idaho Code § 22-3407: Requalification.

The director may renew any applicant’s license or permit issued under the provisions of this act provided the applicant has met the requirements imposed by the director to ensure that the applicant continues to meet the requirements of changing technology and to assure the proper and safe use of pesticides or chemicals.
