Idaho Code § 22-3616: Penalty for violation.

Any person who violates or aids in violation of any provision of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300, or imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months, or both.
