Idaho Code § 22-4007: Chairman and administrator of commission.

The commission shall elect one of the governor’s appointed members as chairman and may employ an administrator who is not a member of the commission, or may contract with the Idaho wheat commission or a similar agency for the administration of the barley commission’s business.
