Idaho Code § 22-4722: Penalties.

Any person who shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300), or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both. Fines collected for violation of this chapter shall be paid into the "Idaho oilseed commission fund."
