Idaho Code § 22-5111: Suspension or revocation of license.

Pursuant to chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code, the department may suspend or revoke any license issued under the provisions of this chapter, for any violation of, or failure to comply with, any provision of this chapter or chapter 7, title 28, Idaho Code. Pending investigation, the department, whenever it deems necessary, may suspend a license temporarily without a hearing.
