TITLE 26 BANKS AND BANKING
CHAPTER 17 IDAHO INTERNATIONAL BANKING ACT

(1) This chapter shall be known, and may be cited as the "Idaho International Banking Act."

(2) This chapter is intended to set forth the terms and conditions under which an international banking corporation may enter and do business in Idaho.
