Idaho Code § 26-2185: Applicable provisions of the Idaho credit union act.

The following provisions of the Idaho credit union act shall apply to the Idaho corporate credit union:

(a) Share reduction, section 26-2131, Idaho Code.

(b) Reports, section 26-2133, Idaho Code.

(c) Books and records, section 26-2135, Idaho Code.

(d) Examinations, section 26-2136A, Idaho Code.

(e) False reports, section 26-2137, Idaho Code.

(f) Cease and desist orders, suspension, and liquidation, section 26-2140, Idaho Code.

(g) Administration, rules and regulations, section 26-2144, Idaho Code.

(h) Penalties for official misconduct, section 26-2117, Idaho Code.
